Moonrise Kingdom Movie

Moonrise Kingdom is an upcoming drama movie directed by Wes Anderson (the stop motion expert is switching back to live action) base on a script he co-wrote with Roman Coppola. The story revolves around A pair of lovers flee their New England town, which causes a local search party to fan out and find them. The film is starring Jared Gilman, Kara Hayward, Bill Murray, Bruce Willis, Edward Norton, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton and Jason Schwartzman.

Filming has already started. Wes Anderson and Edward Norton have been spotted on the set:

Plot:
"Set on an island off the coast of New England in the 1960s, Moonrise Kingdom follows a young boy and girl falling in love. When they are moved to run away together, various factions of the town mobilize to search for them and the town is turned upside down – which might not be such a bad thing."

Movie Cast:
- Bruce Willis as the town sheriff
- Edward Norton as a camp leader
- Bill Murray and Frances McDormand portray the young girl's parents
- the young boy and girl are played by Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward

There's no official release date yet, but IMDb is listing the Moonrise Kingdom movie for a release in 2012.
